Patrick Maher PhD is an experienced research and development professional with a focus on food science and technology. Currently serving as R&D Manager and Principal Scientist at PepsiCo since June 2014, Patrick has held various titles within the company including R&D Associate Principal Scientist, R&D Senior Scientist Dairy, R&D Process Engineer, and R&D Associate Process Engineer.
