Paul Simon, MBA, is a seasoned marketing and innovation professional with extensive experience in brand management and media strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Innovation at PepsiCo since February 2016, Paul has successfully led strategies to enhance consumer engagement and optimize team culture within the Quaker brand portfolio.
