Paula Lyons is currently the R&D Senior Manager of Brand Stewardship at PepsiCo, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as an R&D Brand Stewardship Manager at PepsiCo International from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, Paula worked as a Principal Ingredient Scientist at PepsiCo International from 2007 to 2015 and as a Product Development Manager at Redbrook Ingredient Services from 2003 to 2006. Paula is currently pursuing an MSc in Food Technology, Food Science and Technology at University College Cork.
