Peter O'Donovan, PhD, is a progressive digital leader with over 25 years of experience in developing technology solutions that integrate data, automation, and analytics to enhance business processes. Currently, Peter leads the design of PepsiCo R&D’s Digital Platform, focusing on accelerating product innovation through automation, simulation, and artificial intelligence. With hands-on knowledge of tools and technologies such as Azure PaaS and Python, along with a strong background in digital research, Peter has contributed to international journals in big data analytics and smart manufacturing. Previously, they held positions at PETRONAS and Smart Data Analytics Ltd., and have been involved in various academic projects across multiple universities in Ireland.
