Олександр Сєрокуров

Олександр Сєрокуров is a seasoned Safety Senior Supervisor currently working at PepsiCo, where they lead the department of fire and industrial safety and civil defense. They previously held the title of Fire Safety and Civil Defense Manager at AB InBev Efes from 2021 to 2024, and served as a Manager of Occupational Safety at ТОВ "Велотрейд" from 2019 to 2021, where they established key safety systems and conducted workplace certifications. Oлександр began their career in the Ukrainian Ministry of Emergencies, ultimately becoming the Deputy Head of a division, ensuring no injuries or fatalities among their subordinates. They possess extensive experience in risk assessment and management, and are proficient in various software tools, enhancing their organizational capabilities in the field of safety. Oлександр is also pursuing further education in fire safety at the Academy of Civil Defense of Ukraine.
