Purnima P. is a creative ideator and writer with over 20 years of experience in recruitment, HR, and corporate communications. Currently, as the Founder and Chief Ideator of Pitch Perfect, they lead strategy, content, and client management in a creative communications agency. Purnima has previously held various roles, including Manager at Randstad India, and has worked with multinational organizations such as PepsiCo and JPMorgan Chase & Co. They are an alumnus of the Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA) and have also pursued studies in French at Alliance Française.
