Rafia Muhammad

Rafia Muhammad is a chemical engineering graduate from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, possessing a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Rafia's experience includes roles as a Welch Scholar Research Student at The University of Texas at Austin, an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Calgary, and a Marketing Research Intern at rise inc. Additionally, Rafia has held multiple positions at PepsiCo from March 2021 to April 2023, including Associate Engineering Project Manager focused on Productivity and Latent Capacity, R&D Region Senior Engineer specializing in Operational Excellence, and Engineering Project Manager in Innovation. Rafia also gained experience as a Project Engineering/Supply-Chain Co-op at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, and as a Production Engineering Intern at Solvay.
