Ramzi Stephan possesses extensive experience in operations and franchise management within the Middle East and Africa. From May 2007 to April 2011, Ramzi served as Operations Manager for Procter & Gamble. Following this role, Ramzi joined PepsiCo in August 2011, where responsibilities included Senior Franchise Director for the Gulf region and various positions overseeing operations and franchise management in Lebanon, Syria, North Africa, Algeria, and Morocco, concluding in December 2013. Prior to his time at Procter & Gamble, Ramzi worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Petrofac from September 2006 to April 2007. Ramzi earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut between 2003 and 2006.
