Randa Gharib

Randa Gharib is currently the HR Vice President and Head of International Total Rewards COE at PepsiCo. With an extensive background in compensation and benefits, they have held various roles including HR Senior Director for Total Rewards in the Africa Middle East South Asia region and HR Senior Manager for the Egypt and Jordan Commercial Unit. Randa's career began as an HR Coordinator at Allianz Insurance, and they have since worked in multiple capacities across PepsiCo and other organizations to enhance total rewards strategies. Randa also served as a C&B Consultant at JobMaster and C&B Unit Head at the National Bank of Egypt.
