Randall Peter

Randall Peter is a Senior Director of Research & Development at PepsiCo, with a robust history in the food and beverages industry. They have developed products specifically for Africa and are currently focused on creating a range for West Africa. Randall possesses strong skills in manufacturing, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and strategic planning, complemented by their Six Sigma Black Belt qualification from 2KO International. Prior to their current role, they held various positions within PepsiCo, including Snr R&D Manager and Acting R&D Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, and worked at Unilever as an R&D Product Development Manager. Randall holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a management diploma from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
