Ray Glatt is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as an R&D Engineering Senior Manager at PepsiCo since September 2015, Ray has led projects in Water Processing Technology and Equipment Development. As the Owner and Principal Engineer of neXtG bev, LLC since February 2013, Ray provides consulting services in design and development, project management, regulatory certification, manufacturing consulting, and product commercialization. Previously, Ray held the position of Engineering Innovation Manager at FBD Partnership LP, where the focus was on the design and manufacture of frozen beverage dispensers, and worked as a Project Manager at Lancer Corporation, specializing in water treatment and beverage equipment systems. Ray holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and completed undergraduate studies at Montana State University-Bozeman.
