Ritesh Agarwal

Ritesh Agarwal is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and learning & development across various sectors, primarily within PepsiCo. Starting as a Group Intern at Aditya Birla Group, Ritesh has progressively advanced through roles such as HR Head for multiple units, leading HR processes for over 1,000 employees, and managing legal compliances and employee relations. In the capacity of Associate Director for Learning & Development across the AMENA Sector, Ritesh developed sales capability strategies across 44+ countries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Thailand Foods and the APAC Sector Commercial Capability Team, Ritesh oversees end-to-end HR strategy for the Thai Foods Business, demonstrating a strong focus on employee engagement and talent development. Ritesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
