Samson Das has extensive experience in operational excellence and quality management, holding leadership positions at various prominent companies. At Optum, Samson served as Associate Director and Master Black Belt from August 2015 to September 2022. Previous roles include Senior Manager Quality at GENPACT, Engagement Manager and Master Black Belt at Capgemini, and Six Sigma Black Belt at Mahindra Satyam BPO. Early in the career, Samson contributed to Call-Center Operations at [24]7.ai and worked as a Service Delivery Consultant and Lean Six-Sigma professional at HP. Currently, Samson is the Process Excellence Lead for Commercial Sales at PepsiCo, having served as Transformation Capability Lead there prior. Educational qualifications include a LEAP (Leadership Excellence and Advancement) from the Indian School of Business and a B.COM (Honours) from KD College of Commerce.
