Scott Shepard is a seasoned engineer with a robust background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1995, Scott commenced a career at Hallmark Cards as a Plant Engineer from May 1995 to July 1999. Since August 1999, Scott has been employed at PepsiCo as a Research & Development Engineer, contributing to applied research and development at Frito-Lay.
