Shellen Goltz, PhD, RD is the Principal Scientist at the Advanced Personalization Ideation (API) Center at PepsiCo, where they lead research in nutrition sciences. Previously, they served as an Associate Principal Scientist at PepsiCo, and held positions as a Research Scientist at Tate & Lyle, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a National Space Biomedical Research Institute Intern at NASA. They also gained experience as a Clinical Dietitian at the University of Rochester Medical Center and as a Graduate Research Fellow at Purdue University. Shellen obtained a BS in Nutritional Sciences and completed a Dietetic Internship at Cornell University, followed by a PhD in Food Science from Purdue University.
