Si Wang

Si Wang, PhD, ERT, is a Principal Scientist in Scientific Affairs at PepsiCo, where they apply their expertise in food safety and toxicology. They previously held positions as Senior Scientist and Associate Principal Scientist at the same company. Si’s research experience includes roles as a Chemical Food Safety Scientist at Nestlé Research Center and as a Technical Expert in Toxicology at Syngenta. They earned a PhD in Toxicology from Wageningen University, where their dissertation focused on toxicogenomics-based in vitro alternatives for estrogenicity testing, and hold an MSc in Food Safety and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the same institution.
