Steve Lottes

Steve Lottes is currently the Human Resources Director for PepsiCo, overseeing the Northwest Market of the Sales/Distribution team, which includes over 1,800 employees. Prior to this role, Steve served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at PepsiCo, managing HR for a site with 500 employees. Steve's extensive experience in human resources includes roles at Honeywell, where they provided support across various regions and led HR initiatives for the Supply Chain Strategy/Transitions team. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Political Science, and Criminal Justice from SUNY Brockport, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
