Steven James

Steven James is a strategic thought leader in agriculture and food systems with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of North American Potatoes at PepsiCo, they have previously held various leadership roles within the organization, focusing on global procurement and manufacturing. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a BSc in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Alberta, and has engaged with businesses in over 35 countries while managing teams of up to 150. They have lived and worked in Toronto, New York, and Dallas and are a US permanent legal resident with a Canadian passport.
