Steven Wolfaardt is a seasoned sustainability leader and supply chain professional with 15 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management within multinational companies. They have held various roles focusing on continuous improvement, Lean, and TPM, particularly in the food and beverage sector. Steven's career includes positions at SC Johnson, Coca-Cola Sabco, Marley Pipe Systems, PepsiCo, and Continental, where they contributed to multiple continuous improvement initiatives and managed significant manufacturing processes. They completed an Executive Development Program at the University of Stellenbosch Business School and earned an ND in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Port Elizabeth.
