Taylor Jerri is the Vice President for PFNA and Global Labor Relations at PepsiCo, bringing extensive experience in labor relations and human resources within the CPG industry. With a history of managing teams and implementing strategic people plans, Taylor has held positions such as Sr. Director of Human Resources for both PepsiCo and Frito-Lay. Taylor began their career with legal internships focusing on advocacy and legal strategy, while also earning a JD from Boston University School of Law. Throughout their career, Taylor has demonstrated skills in Labor Law, Arbitration, and Employment Law, solidifying their role as a strong business partner in organizational change.
