Taylor Lawrence

Taylor Lawrence is currently the Human Resources Director at PepsiCo, a position held since 2023. Taylor has previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Associate Manager, and in several other HR roles at PepsiCo, showcasing a strong progression within the company. Prior to their tenure at PepsiCo, Taylor gained experience in various roles including a Human Resources Intern at Duke University Medical Center and a Traveling Leasing & Marketing Consultant at Aspen Square Management. Taylor holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of South Carolina.
