Thamer Bugshan

Thamer Bugshan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background at PepsiCo, having held various roles since 2005. As an HR Business Partner at the Riyadh Plant and subsequently at the HQ, Thamer focused on Saudization, diversity and inclusion, and change management. In earlier positions, responsibilities included optimizing labor productivity, customizing time and attendance systems, and leading talent acquisition strategies. Thamer's engineering foundation is complemented by a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University, along with a Diploma in Business and European Studies from King's College London and an MSc in Management from Cass Business School. Currently serving as HRBP for Supply Chain at PepsiCo, Thamer continues to lead transformation and diversity initiatives.
