Tilo Lamken

Tilo Lamken is a Quality Digitization Deployment Lead with a robust background in food production and safety. After graduating with a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois, Tilo managed sanitation and production lines at the Quaker Oats plant in Danville, IL, and currently serves as the Capability Leader in the Snacks department, overseeing training across production lines. Additionally, Tilo is pursuing an M.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition online at the University of Illinois. Tilo's previous roles include serving as an Operations Supervisor at PepsiCo and as a Research Assistant at Dr. Engeseth's Food Chemistry Laboratory, where they contributed to projects analyzing food quality. Outside of work and academics, Tilo enjoys running, cooking, and self-improvement.
