Tim Mallon

Tim Mallon is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in multiple locations, currently serving as a member and president of HRMABC. They have held progressive HR roles, including Director of Human Resources at McLanahan Corporation and Human Resources Manager at PepsiCo, where they managed HR functions across several facilities. Tim completed a Bachelor of Science in Business at Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Saint Francis University. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Penn State University. Tim's specialties include union avoidance, performance management, and policy development.
