Tom Imison is a seasoned professional in the research and development sector with extensive experience in food and beverage technology. Tom began career at Kraft Foods from July 2006 to August 2013, advancing from Engineer to Global Process Development Manager, where contributions included the global roll-out of instant beverage technologies and the development of next-generation soluble coffee production methods. Between October 2016 and December 2017, Tom served at Mondelēz International as Head of Global Category R&D Team, focusing on jelly and soft chew product technologies. Subsequently, Tom worked as Process Technology Manager at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS from January 2018 to July 2021, defining technology strategies in coffee processing.
