Trace Norfleet has extensive experience in supply chain and manufacturing management, having held multiple roles at PepsiCo from June 2016 to October 2018, including Engineering Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing Off-Shift Manager, Manufacturing Director, Performance Manager, and Warehouse Operations Manager. Currently, Trace serves as Site Director at PepsiCo since September 2024. Prior experience includes an internship as Front Line Manager at Cintas from May 2012 to January 2014, and a Project Engineering Intern and Safety Coordinator Intern at Kansas City Power & Light during the summer of 2015. Trace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed in 2016, and graduated from Park Hill High School in 2011.
