Tracy Pack

Tracy Pack is a Senior Director of Talent Management at PepsiCo, where they focus on building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture. Tracy's career spans various roles in human resources within PepsiCo, including Senior Director of HR for Global Functions and HR Director for Western Canada Sales & Supply Chain. Prior to their extensive experience at PepsiCo, Tracy served as a Foreign Branch Manager and English Teacher at the Schoolhouse Language Centre, and also worked as an Account Manager for the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Alberta, earned in 2000.
