Udayan Maity

Udayan Maity possesses extensive experience in mechanical engineering and operations, having worked in various roles across notable companies. Udayan served as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer at Patanjali Ayurved Limited, focusing on maintaining mechanical and operational aspects of food and non-food plants while achieving cost savings through kaizen practices. As a Fabrication and Design Engineer at Rk Fabrication Works, Udayan created 2D designs based on customer requirements and managed fabrication and costing. Udayan subsequently held positions as an Assistant Manager in Mechanical roles at Tata Consumer Products and Patanjali Foods - Ruchi Soya, where responsibilities included auditing, maintaining SOPs, and conducting preventive maintenance of machines. Currently, Udayan is a Supply Chain Packaging Coordinator at PepsiCo, overseeing production, quality, and packaging processes. Udayan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Maharishi Markandeshwar University and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
