Will Passera

Will Passera has a diverse background in marketing and leadership, with experience gained from various roles across multiple organizations. As a Pre-Orientation Leader at Wake Forest University Deacon Camp, Will facilitated integration for incoming students and educated them on university traditions. Will served as a Spikeball Brand Ambassador, enhancing brand awareness through community engagement and events, and completed a Marketing Internship at Gawain Consulting, offering marketing services to startups. In collegiate sports, Will managed the women's soccer team and supervised officials as an Intramural Supervisor, ensuring a competitive environment. Will's marketing expertise was further developed in multiple positions at PepsiCo, including roles as a Marketing Analyst and Associate Manager, and as the Director of Marketing for the nonprofit Together We Are One. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Enterprise Management with a Marketing concentration from Wake Forest University, complemented by a semester abroad in Business at Syracuse University.
