Ying Li

Ying Li is a seasoned professional in people analytics and data science with extensive experience leading innovative projects at major corporations. Currently, at PepsiCo since November 2021, Ying Li serves as the Global Head of People Analytics, Sr. Director, focusing on talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Ying Li held various positions at IBM from 2003 to 2021, including Manager of Data Science Team and Principal Data Scientist, where responsibilities encompassed the development of advanced analytics solutions for talent acquisition and performance management, resulting in significant ROI and numerous patents. Earlier experience includes research internships at Microsoft Research Asia and HP Laboratories. Ying Li earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Wuhan University.
