Mark Powell

Mark Powell serves as the Chief People Officer at Harding+ since July 2024 and holds the title of Honourary Member at PepTalks, contributing expertise in People and Transformation to support community members. Previously, Mark acted as the Chief People Officer - Interim at Saga plc, overseeing significant organizational transformation across multiple business units. Mark's experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at RAC, Chief People Officer and Hotels Operating Officer at Splendid Hospitality Group, and Chief People Officer at Prezzo Ltd. Mark also held roles as Interim Human Resources Director at Wincanton and Group Human Resources and Change Director at Poundland & Dealz. Mark's early career featured various interim HR assignments and property development in St Lucia post-IPO of Poundland. Mark holds a degree in Human Resources from Oxford Brookes University.
