Rob Cross is the Founder of The Purposeful Leader, where since March 2018, Rob has facilitated the unlocking of human potential for individuals, teams, and organizations across various sectors through coaching and advisory services. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Millbrook Healthcare and an Honorary Member at PepTalks, Rob contributes expertise to peer-to-peer training for private equity-backed CEOs. As Operating Partner focusing on People & HR Strategy at Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP, Rob enables sustainable value creation through specialized advisory support. Previous roles include HR Director at SIG plc and Group Talent and Development Director at LexisNexis. Rob holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from Middlesex University, an MBA from Southern Cross University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Business from RMIT University.
