Sam Smith

Sam Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and consulting. As the Managing Director and Founder of PepTalks since October 2019, Sam has led the organization in providing training and support for private equity backed executives. Additionally, Sam serves on the Advisory Board of Henley Insights Group, contributing to a range of research-based services for corporate clients. Prior experience includes founding and managing Marble Hill Partners, a consultancy for executive search and interim management, from September 2008 to September 2021. Early career roles include a directorial position at Calibre One and managerial responsibilities at Morgan McKinley. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Geography from the University of Sussex, completed in 1994.
