Steve Groves

Steve Groves serves as Chairman at Pure Cremation Ltd, Key Retirement Group, and Mobius Life Limited, in addition to being a Founding Member of PEPTalks, a peer-to-peer learning community for private equity-backed CEOs. As the owner of Grifo Developments and Cropredy Bridge Cars Ltd, Groves specializes in build-to-rent developments and classic car expertise, respectively. Previously, Groves held the position of Chairman at Retirement Bridge Group Limited and served as Non-Executive Director at Saunderson House and Guardian Financial Services. From 2005 to 2016, Groves was the Group CEO of Partnership, a specialist insurer. Education includes a B.Sc (hons) in Maths and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
