Peptris is an AI powered preclinical drug discovery company working on oncology, inflammation and rare diseases. At Peptris, we have created an array of AI models to predict various parameters that are critical for a novel molecule to be considered a potential drug candidate. All these models are orchestrated by an automated pipeline that prunes large purchasable compound datasets to identify potential hits and also creates denovo variations of compounds that are predicted to be novel, potent, safe, selective, and active clinically. The pipeline ensures that the number of compounds to be tested and validated in a wet lab are minimal, making our discovery efficient, faster and cost effective. 
We have some exciting wet lab results from our proprietary discovery programs and we are currently accelerating them into preclinical development.
