Jack Pearson

Jack Pearson serves as the Group Recruitment Director at PER International, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Jack held various roles at Harmonic Finance™, including Senior Community Manager, Community Manager, and Lead Community Analyst from January 2020 to September 2024. In these roles, Jack combined customer acquisition and account management responsibilities with community analysis, advising prominent UK brands on sourcing Finance and Accounting talent to drive revenue growth. Prior to Harmonic Finance™, Jack worked as a Recruitment Consultant at PER Recruitment from August 2018 to January 2020. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, completed between 2014 and 2018, and attended Farlingaye High School and Framlingham College prior to university.
