Ross Gregory

Ross Gregory is an accomplished director with extensive experience in business transformation and digital services. Currently serving as Director at Perago-Wales since April 2016, Ross leads initiatives focused on end-to-end transformation through digital solutions. Previously, Ross held roles at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, where responsibilities included Retail Digital Programme Lead and GDPR Delivery Manager, driving customer-led digital transformations and managing data protection compliance. Additional experience includes positions as Delivery Manager for the Department for Education and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), where leadership in various projects facilitated significant reforms and improvements in service delivery and technology adoption. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Swansea Metropolitan University.
