Mike Levin

Director, Advisor at Peratech

Mike Levin has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1987. Mike began their career as a Project Manager at Odetics, Inc., where they researched the benefits associated with active force reflection to control robot systems in nuclear power plants. Mike then moved to LEGO Futura as a Research Engineer, designing next generation systems and components for the LEGO toy lines. After that, Levin was a Project Manager at Merck, responsible for the testing, installation, and validation of the world's first paperless pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In 1995, they became Vice President & General Manager at Immersion Corporation, directing the company's Intellectual Property strategy to capitalize on emerging market opportunities. In 2009, they were Vice President at Pacinian Corporation, leading business development efforts for an innovative technology. Mike also served as President of Magnition from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Levin was Senior Business Manager at Synaptics Incorporated, where they were responsible for strategic roadmap, partnerships, product management, and OEM product planning. Most recently, Levin has been Director and Advisor at Peratech Holdco Limited, as well as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for designing and building sensors with proprietary QTC (Quantum Tunnelling Composites).

Mike Levin received their SM in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1990. Prior to that, they received their SB in Aeronautics & Astronautics- Avionics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1987. Mike attended John Marshall from 1979 to 1983.
