John Wullert is an experienced research manager and director with a robust history in research and development. Currently serving as Research Manager at both Peraton Labs and Perspecta since 2020 and 2018 respectively, and Research Director at Applied Communication Sciences since 2012, John Wullert previously held a similar director role at Telcordia Technologies for over 25 years. Expertise includes research in flat panel display technologies, optical computing, distance learning, and advanced communications services. Additional contributions include consulting for the Department of Homeland Security on priority communications.
