Rick Gallardo

Rick Gallardo currently serves as the Director of Houston Survey Operations at PERC Engineering since August 2023. Previously, Rick held the position of Vice President of Major Projects at Transglobal Services LLC from December 2021 to May 2022. A significant portion of Rick's career was spent at Gullett from September 1997 to November 2021, where roles included Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Drafting & Project Management, and Vice President of Drafting.
