Catherine ROCHE has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having held various senior roles in multiple companies. At RH-CONSEIL (2006-2013), Catherine managed the recruitment and career management departments, overseeing commercial development and consulting services across various sectors. As a Senior Recruiting Manager at Percall SA (2016-2019), Catherine developed the recruitment service to support significant organizational growth. Catherine served as a Senior Consultant and team manager at Consilhom (2013-2015), focusing on career management and consulting projects. At Louis Vuitton (2004-2006), Catherine implemented methodologies for annual professional interviews and contributed to internal HR projects. Currently, as the Head of HR Development at Percall Group (2019-present), Catherine leads a team of six, defining and implementing the group's HR strategy and managing a substantial workforce across multiple countries. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Université d'Auvergne and a Baccalauréat générale from Lycée A. Londres.
