Jonathan Contassot has a diverse background in information technology and service delivery management. Starting as a Technicien systèmes informatiques at Ecole d'Architecture et de Paysage de Bordeaux in 2010, Jonathan later transitioned to roles at Iliad / Free as a Technicien ADSL from 2011 to 2014. Jonathan gained further experience at CIS Valley in various capacities, including Team Leader and Incident Manager, leading service delivery and operational support teams from August to December 2016. Currently, Jonathan serves as the Information Technology Delivery Manager at Percall Group, overseeing the Bordeaux Agency's delivery management and focusing on Product Lifecycle Management and IIOT Solutions since September 2023.
