Andrea Tobim is currently the Chargée des Ressources Humaines at Percassi France, overseeing HR management for Victoria's Secret and Lego stores. They have previously held positions at The Walt Disney Company France, where they focused on talent acquisition and employee onboarding, as well as at Essilor, where they managed HR campaigns and social dialogue. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IAE Dijon and has complemented their education with international experience through programs in Thailand and Japan.
