Eva Vastardi

Eva Vastardi is currently the HR Manager for Greece and Cyprus at Percassi Group, where they oversee recruitment processes, organize learning and development activities, and advise on employee relations. Prior to this role, Eva served as an HR Business Partner at Percassi, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Previously, they gained extensive experience at IKEA Group in various HR roles, including HR Payroll Specialist and HR Recruitment & Training Specialist, from 2008 to 2018. Eva's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and studies in Psychometrics & Group Therapy at Open Psychotherapy Center.
