Ann Brown has over 25 years of experience in customer service and team management, currently serving in a Customer Experience role at Percepta since June 2020. Previously, in a Team Manager capacity, Ann worked at Inchcape from April 2010 to May 2019 and at E.ON from July 2007 to April 2010.
