James Claybrook

James Claybrook is a seasoned telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in managing and supporting contact center infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Percepta since August 2016, James specializes in designing Avaya vector programming and automating announcements using Nuance Vocalizer. Prior to this role, James worked at QVC for nearly 15 years, initially as a Systems Engineer and later as Mgr - Site Services, overseeing IT operations for a contact center with 700 desktops and managing IT expenses. Early career experience includes leadership on technology refresh projects at CSC and network planning at All Coast Communications Inc. James began their professional journey at The Answer Group as a Technical Support Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Specialized Associates degree in Computer Hardware from the New England Institute of Technology.
