Paula V Smith is a seasoned Global Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various regions including APAC, EMEA, Latin America, and North America. Currently serving as Director of Global Human Resources at Percepta since 2024, Paula has previously held significant roles such as Director of Global Human Resources at Visteon Corporation and Human Resources Business Partner Leader at The Auto Club Group. Earlier experiences include serving as Regional Head of Human Resources at LG Electronics, where Paula played a key role in the establishment of a new Electric Vehicle Battery Pack Plant, and HR Business Partner/Manager at HARMAN International. Paula's career began as Manager of Corporate Human Resources at GST AutoLeather, Inc., fostering strategic partnerships with leadership teams. Educationally, Paula holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, along with a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
