Jim Mack

VP Customer Services and Logistics at PerceptiMed

Jim Mack has over 25 years of experience in customer support and technical roles. Jim began their career in 1995 as a Senior Manager of Customer Support at Compression Labs. In 1999, they became the Director of Technical Support at Vtel Corporation, where they managed technical operations for Installation, Field Service and Call Center personnel, customers, resellers, and service providers. In 2001, they joined Sycamore Networks as a Senior Systems Engineer, designing customers' optical networks and communicating product functionality to customers at a technical sales level. In 2002, they were appointed Director of Technical and Customer Support at Bytemobile Inc. (Citrix), directing Global Customer Support, Training, and regional Installation/Professional Services for software optimization product for over 70 mobile carriers in 30 countries. In 2008, they moved to Varian Medical Systems as a Program Manager, developing and launching a new global certification program to meet the company’s strategy for training field personnel meeting regulatory requirements. In 2015, they took a career sabbatical at Customer Support. In 2016, they joined Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Customer Support Manager and also joined PerceptiMed, Inc. as Vice President of Customer Services and Logistics, building a revolutionary, state-of-the-art, medication-verification system.

Jim Mack obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
