Amir Markovits

Amir Markovits has extensive experience in the legal field. Amir began their career in 2009 as a Legal Intern at Goldfarb Seligman. In 2010, they became an Associate at Meitar | Law Offices. In 2011, they were hired as Legal Counsel at Scorpio Real Estate Ltd., where they provided ongoing counsel on commercial, corporate and securities matters, and was responsible for the company's reporting to the TASE. Amir then joined Elbit Systems Ltd. in 2015 as Legal Counsel, where they drafted and negotiated commercial agreements including licensing, M&A, sales, and procurement agreements. In 2019, they were hired as Legal Counsel & Data Protection Officer at Webpals Group, where they managed the company's IP matters, provided ongoing counsel to the company's management and business units on commercial, labor law and compliance issues, and led organizational and legal processes in the company. Amir is currently General Counsel at Perception Point, a position they have held since 2022.

Amir Markovits obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy from Tel Aviv University between 2012 and 2014. Amir also obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tel Aviv University between 2006 and 2009, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics between 2006 and 2008.
