Ronald Goings

Ronald Goings has a strong background in technical roles, primarily in the software and technology industry. Ronald started their career at Stream Global Services as a Technical Support and Network Ranger from 2012 to 2013. In 2016, they joined DAT Solutions as a Product Support, where they developed customer experience and solutions for their SaaS product. In 2017, they transitioned to a Product Specialist role, providing advanced technical support and assisting customers with migrations to the company's new SaaS model. From 2018 to 2020, Ronald worked as a Lead Product Specialist, leading a team and providing expertise in web, mobile, and API/FTP integrated services.
